Todd is an experienced business litigator and transactional attorney that assists and handles client matters involving the defense and prosecution of business, employment and construction claims; drafting and red-lining contracts and business agreements, non-disclosure agreements, trade secret and confidentiality agreements, software agreements, supply contracts, letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, settlement agreements, employment contracts and severance agreements; and corporate governance.
