Todd is an experienced business litigator and transactional attorney that assists and
handles client matters involving the defense and prosecution of business, employment
and construction claims; drafting and red-lining contracts and business agreements,
non-disclosure agreements, trade secret and confidentiality agreements, software
agreements, supply contracts, letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, settlement

Kyle has been working in the firm for four years, initially as a law clerk and
now as an Associate. Kyle has concentrated his legal experience on employment
related issues including wrongful discharge, discrimination in the workplace,
contract related issues, and Internet law.
